Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Both defective and non-defective items may be eligible for return, where applicable
  • Items must include proof of purchase

Some items may not be eligible for return due to size or shipping limitations.

Return Process

We do not require customers to return items to a physical store location. Depending on the issue, refunds may be processed without returning the product.

If a return is required, our support team will provide the return instructions and the appropriate return address based on your order and supplier location.

All refund requests are handled through our customer support system. If Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping will be covered by us where applicable

Refunds
